The Luzhniki Stadium’s bike tracks are the perfect place to pick up the pace on a bike or some skates.

The kids and Jase love to roller blade; especially on a superb summer’s day like this.

Spike and I prefer to walk (I’m still nursing a knee injury from last winter’s spectacular Torvill and Dean style mid-air ice skating leap…that turned into a nose dive) The view across the Moscow River towards the University is beautiful; in fact it’s hard to believe you’re in the centre of a city as big as Moscow when you’re there.
